Copywriter Spread Pt I
- A copywriter is a fancy word. A made-up word. A corporate name that’ll make you feel magnificent, imitating a second last name after the colon on your work ID. Copywriter is one of those hefty titles you must break down a few times until you synonymize the shit out of the big words to a simple definition. So, to put it frankly, a copywriter composes words for an idea or product to be sold. There is the action of sorting words together, and then there’s selling with persuasive intent. Believe this. Buy this. Feel this. Move accordingly because I sold you so.
- In an auditorium of worrisome citizens, emotions fill up the room. The chorus singing justice for the community rises, and more numbers sit before the podium than on stage. The biggest weapon in the room is not the guard or the public relations team. It is the copywriter. Lethal and convincing, bright enough to persuade you that you are in the right of any argument. That justice will be served.
- A copywriter is a romancer who tongues you till you cave. Believe this. Sign here. Text 9999, and you will be safe from an attack. Your kind is out of harm’s way. We guarantee this land is yours.
- An emotional manipulator, once a copywriter makes you feel something, you are doomed to the idea they’ve conceived.
